Online Safety

At Pond Meadow our pupils are taught about online safety as part of the curriculum.

This includes teaching pupils:

  • How to use technology safely and respectfully, keeping personal information private

  • How to identify where to go for help and support when they have concerns about content or contact on the internet or other online technologies

  • To be able to recognise acceptable and unacceptable behaviour

  • Where appropriate how to use social media safely will be taught
